Notice of Entry Requirements for External Services Agencies

KI welcomes many external agencies and contract workers daily who provide a wide variety of services to dibenjikewinan (families). On August 23, 2023, KI Nation passed a BCR regarding program integration with the intention to ensure efficient use of resources. The Dibenjikewin Oganawenjikeg Opimojiketamaakeg (DOO - KIDO's Board) are responsible to oversee all external agencies providing services to awaashish (child), oshkaadiz (youth) and dibenjikewin (family), as outlined in section 7.5.2 of KIDO. Therefore, to improve communication with external service providers, DOO is requesting all external agencies and services providers complete the Notice of Entry Form before arriving in KI.

The proper etiquette is to send the Notice of Entry Form to noticeofentry@kido209.ca at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If the form is not provided ahead of time, please do so once you arrive in KI. Forms are available above or at the KIDO office at 111 Aakammatin Road, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm.
